Please can I have my money back at some point?

I had difficulty paying off my loan and instore account so I made payment arrangements. I may have paid a few days late some months but I always paid. Then without warning I was handed over. I signed debit orders and the debit orders went off without difficulty. I then borrowed money from a family member to pay off both outstanding amounts in June 2012. In September, to my great surprise, realised that the one debit order of R300 was still being deducted and contacted the debt collectors. They promised to resolve it but the money kept being deducted until January 2013. After numerous emails and threats R900 was refunded. I was told that another R300 would be refunded but have received no proof of payment. I requested a statement numerous times and when eventually I received one, it only included transactions up to August 2012 and is therefore of no use. I have contacted Woolworths Financial Services on Facebook, Twitter and via their website complaints form but have had no luck. When I paid a few days late I was handed over to debt collectors but Woolworths unlawfully took R2100 from my account and refused to give me a proper statement.
