On the the 30 April 2013 i was doing my monthly payments as ussual was supprised to my balance of R11000.00 on my account my balance was supposed to be R625.00 cause of my last payment of R300 at lydenburg store on the 27 March 2013, the lady checked for me was wrong with my account at Savana mall stores where i made the payment of R200 on 30 April 2013 then the lady realized the there some purhased made on my account from 23 April 2013 to 27 April 2013 at Witbank (Highfield mall store) and Pretoria (Woonderboom mall store).then on the 01 May 2013 i went to JHB to do my personal things where i filled the dispute form 02 May 2013 at Campus square mall store, then i decided to do the invistigations on my own cause i was that side where the purchased made then i went to woondorboom mall stores to invistigate then we find out that the person signature no the same then i went to Highfield mall store where i find a fake ID of the guy they made the copy of the fake ID and the signature is not the same aswell i have that Fake ID with me now as a proove but my head office cant reversed the bill now i tired of there nonseses that im owing them R11000.00 is 3 month nothing happening.
