I paid for solar panel, made arrangements to collect but on arrival I found the panel is not as advertised. We agreed they will collect the correct solar panel from their warehouse the following day and ship it to my address. Needless to say, nothing happened. I subsequently phoned them and emailed but the person who is responsible - Isaac Sindane - does not respond.
