Wrong order and late delivery

We bought sofas early Dec last year, we waited until 4 Jan for it to be delivered everytime we call to ask when our stuff will be delivered, we get different stories we even laid a complaint at they Head Office but that doesnt seem to help because they brought us 2 different kind of sofas and combine. They say they didnt have stock so we must just take this for the time been but know its almost a mont we are still wainting for them to come and change it but no luck. We call almost everyday to find out they just give us stories. We cant take this anymore we payed R25000 cash for this suite plus R600 for transport. I dont know what to do anymore, complaining doesnt help please Geen n Richard, Pretoria bring my lounge suit which i bought cash or else give my money back i'll go somewhere else. You dont have a clue what is customer service *angry*.
