I ordered an item from Yuppie Gadgets and upon receiving it, I realized it was not the color I ordered. Upon notifying them, Catherine Thompson immediately responded that they will rectify it. Within a few days I received my item in the correct color and upon inquiring from Catherine how to get the incorrect color item back to them she replied that I can keep it as a token for understanding. Wow, I was so impressed with the quick and efficient way my initial order and the rectification of that was handled and then to receive a 'freebie' like this, - surely its Christmas in September! I will most certainly recommend Yuppie Gadgets to all my friends that does their gift shopping online like me!
