I keep getting SMS's from Lewis for an overdrawn account (Mr Ngweya - never heard of him). On phoning the number listed in the SMS (017 861 3985) to get myself removed from the system, I was told that there was no way they could remove my number, even though I had the person's name, and that nothing could be done about it.
The unhelpful Lewis employee then told me this happened all the time! Surely you should fix this broken system.
