I have been going to QPhoto in Hatfield for quite a number of years and have always received good service.
This week, however, I was more pleased than ever. I had emailed them to ask whether they would be able to print an emailed photograph (it would save me a trip, and time, if I didn't have to take the photo to the shop in person), and Vanessa not only replied promptly and positively, but also printed the photograph that same day and had it ready for me after work. She was very friendly and efficient, and it was a pleasure to deal with her.
