I had to phone now for the 2nd time to enquire if my phone has been paid on!! The 2nd time!!!
1st time they had a lot of questions and said there's no such invoice number! Now he asks me again who came to pay it instead of checking if it was paid!! This stupid store took up all my airtime with holding and asking stupid questions instead of just checking if it was paid on or not!!! My airtime cut off and I still don't know if it's been paid on!!! ridiculous!!! Pathetic service really!! I don't see why I must go topup again to have someone waste my time again!! Tanya 0820590108
