Following my purchase of product (mouldy liquorice) I tried to alert the company of the product problems. After numerous failed attempts to contact customer services I used the online contact route to lodge a complaint seeking rectification. I receive the following in return:

[Email Removed]
The e-mail address you entered couldn't be found. Please check the recipient's e-mail address and try to resend the message. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.
So I am assuming that Tiger Brands is in fact not interested in even hearing of customer complaints - they don't provide access through telephone; their online route is flawed and doesn't work; their automated telephone line simply cuts off... maybe Face Book and Hellopeter are the ways to make contact???
