I received some Vouchers from Mr Price online a few weeks ago due to shortages in deliveries. I processed a purchase online 2 days ago and proceeded to checkout. I have always paid via EFT and expected I would be able to do the same with the vouchers. Lo and behold they only allow vouchers to be used with credit cards!! I had no intention of using my credit card so I proceeded to check out paying the balance I owed after taking the voucher amounts off. Today I called customer service abt concluding the sale. They were rude, abrupt, unhelpful and 4 TIMES kept me holding forever to the point where my airtime ran out..over R100!! No one bothered to find out how I could conclude the sale!! Both the customer services lady and the IT person she contacted said there is no way I can conclude the sale!!! I have just transferred R4431.19 to Mr Price for my portion of the sale and they just wave that aside and do not bother to help at all!! Mr Price will you kindly process my vouchers so that I can receive the goods I purchased! What a totally frustrating experience to deal with people who know nothing about customer service!!
