I was at the Campus Square Jet store, yesterday evening at approx. 17.45, purchasing clothes, when a lady that was constantly in my personal space behind me, eventually got it right and my phone out of my jacket pocket. This type of pickpocketing is on th rise, but what I cannot understand is the absolute lack of interest or who cares attitude of both manager and security staff member (Riskcon- Nobesuthu). Instead of being vigilant, she was standing at the back of the store, not visible to anyone, close to the fitting rooms (maybe involved). There are no cameras and the security personnel are obviously incompetent. I will definitely not be shopping at an establishment that really is not interested in protecting their customers from such - but actually creating an enviornment that allows the to rampantly disregard customers saftey and use the bad set up in the store to. The store is usually in a state - clothes all over the place and the racks are so close together, that a situation is created that gives the criminals 'protection' and a perfect setting to commit their crimes. I am holding Jet just as repsonsible for the, as I do the criminals
