In "die huisgenoot" magazine of 18 august, an full page advertisment was published on page 17, that when you buy 4 packs of simba 125g and get the magazine for free for R35, the PnP stores I visited was not aware of the promotion and refused to give us the goods at the promotional price even after proofing to them as per the magazine, this promotion is running until the 2nd of September but its of no use as it cannot be given to the public as advertised.
PnP Glen Ballad mall took down our details to contact the call center for PnP to advise what is going on once they recieved feedback. they gave us a slab of chocolate to appologize for the inconveinance and the time wasting
My problem is with PnP as they failed to notify the stores of this promotion!
PnP Glen Ballad mall has always been my personal choice to go shop at as their staff and management are always firendly and well presented.
