On 7Jan we took our broken tv into be fixed (under guarntee) we keep getting false promises as to when the tv will be back & we can again have a tv. we were told today exact words "we are trying to fix it because we DON'T want to give you a new one" I was told I would get the tv yesterday (23 Jan) now they don't know when it will be ready, what's the point of having a guarantee, call for answers get told I will be called back but have to call THEM for an answer almost everyday sometimes TWICE A DAY
