It is amazing that so much time has passed (2 weeks since my complaint) and no response from the appropriate people that this matter had actually been addressed.
I would have thought that in this economic climate managers and business owners would look upon such bad public display by their employees in a more serious manner.
I will never support Mica again. I will rather go all the way down to Tokai to Builders Warehouse instead.
Like my initial complaint headed, Unbelievable!
