This is no cliche.. What an awesome feeling to be treated like a human being and not just like a number at the end of the month to collect. She really place her customers at no 1!!! She was quick, to the point and knows her product in and out. Why cant we as customers feel this way all the time. Next time request... no sorry... demand to be assisted by CHRISTA MALAN should you have any concerns..
