I made a booking for my cousin and his wife for flights from Cape Town to JNB for the 3rd of September. After making the payments online and it showing as payment successful they got to the airport and were told that they did not have a reservation. They then had to pay a full fare for the same flight. I then approached Mango Airlines for a refund and they requested all the necessary documentation on the 10th of September. They then confimred that all was in order and refund will be processed. Since then I have followed up with them several times and have been tossed from pillar to post. Now i am being told that they are waiting for the lady in Cape Town to send a report almost two months later. I think this is acting in bad faith it never was my mistake but theirs and why should i be short changed for their own mistakes.
