Top Brand - shocking service

I'm a regular client at Walmer Park and time and time I encounter a bad attitude at the counter for Trenery Country Road. One would think that the staff would be trained to act professionally and be pleasant or polite. Often there is only one till being operated and on arrival the customer is directed to the other till - with no reason. The staff talk amongst themselves and nobody takes ther time to even make eye contact with customers waiting I the queue when we have to wait patiently to be attended too. There are several employees but we have to wait patiently while ONE employee transacts and packages your purchase. The whole process is rather frustrating. We are paying top prices for the clothing line rather sad that the staff can't show us a level of service that is representative of the brand. I'm rather disappointed as I aslo requested they track a sale item for me ly to be told it can't be done and proceeds wit ringing up the sale item presented for reference purposes. Clearly not listening to my request.
