I am very disappointed in the lack of service from Visco!!
They ran a special on Groupon and when it came to delivering the goods had no stock on the duvets.
No one bothered to call to say there was no stock and when I had to phone and left msgs only to never get them returned I was told they have no stock and will only get stock end of the month and not after the 4 weeks as promised on the groupon special.
I have had promise after promise that I will get a call from the sales team yet it was 4 weeks yesterday and still no call.
I do not recommend this brand to anyone and the utter lack of service is why!! They were very quick to blame Groupon saying they over ran the special and when I said I would complain to groupon switched their tone! Poor service and I am still waiting to find out what is happening! Not even the option of a refund was made!!!
Not happy at all and will be taking this further now!!
