In March 2013 I reported that the Pampers premium diapers where defective. The stretchable straps where not holding securely and had opened many times whilst my baby was wearing them. This caused much damaged to her clothing. I did email Pampers directly and was kept on be told that they are investigating aand will get back to me. I emailed them many times and told same thing. Last response received from them in May 2013. It looks like that's the Pampers tactic --- keep on telling the customer its being investigated until they stop complaining. Due to this poor service I have now switch to a diaper that holds much better and values their customers like 'GOLD' . Reference number when contacting on email was 15454392.
