Today i received the most awesome service from the assistant in the cellphone department, Arnold Ntuli. he was very helpful in telling me what upgrade to take on my blackberry as my one is 3 years old and has had its days. he has offered for me to bring back my cellphone into the shop to assist me with setting up facebook, whatsapp and my email address. he is very pleasant with all the customers and apologised to them for having to wait while he did the updates on other phones. when i left the shop i forgot my old blackberry and he was kind enough to phone my work number to find my work address so that he can drop it off for me. he is an absolute asset to your company.
