Yestrerday, Sunday 11th Aug at about 11h00 I went to Edgars Clearwater to purchase some jeans for my daugther that were on special. Now before I go to Edgars I usually call the call centre to find out my credit available and I was told I have R300 available. Of cause I shopped for that amount and when I go to the till I double checked my credit available first hand (luckily) because I had only R169 available!!! Useless staff cannot even read a simple number on the screen! So already i was peed off with that. Then when purchasing the jeans the cashier tells me that my card has been "reported or lost and or I am deceased!!! ". To which my reply was clearly I am not deceased and clearly the card is not lost or as I have it with me! Anyway we proceeded to call the call centre who kep putting us on hold for over 30 mins - I ended up walking out the store with nothing as I do not have all day to sit on the phone to fix an error made my your incompetent staff!!! This better be fixed asap!
