I utilize and pay my account quite religiously. This morning I am greeted by friendly and always helpful staff at Foshinis Bedfordview, i swiped my card after attempting to make a purchase and an error comes up on the screen stating contract expiry. The friendly lady behind the clerk finally gets through to a Natasha Afrika who is obnoxious and rude and constantly interrupts me when speaking. Absolutely disgusting that Foshinis is allowing their call centre staff to be abusive and rude to customers. Eventually she confirms that the error is because when I applied for my account almost a year ago I am told that i said that my work contract will be expire, the assumption then us that a person does not have a job according to this Natasha Afrika and that a block just gets placed on the account without even notifying the customer. Needless to say I haven't received a statement in almost 6 months and the online website is a joke. It always amazes me that a large corporation like Foshinis Group can be so lax in customer services..
