I recently purchaed a TV from Best Home Electrical Randfontein Station. I was advised that my first payment was due end of June. I phoned them to get their banking details they provided me with their banking details, I uploaded them as a beneficiary om my internet banking, however never got around to making the payment. Today I receive a call from my dad stating they were at my house demading payment being made, even threatend to re-posess the TV because I have failed to make payment.
I have never been so disgusted in a company before, how dare you come to my house and disrespect my family. I mean does you drivers not have anything better to do than to drive around after people. I feel like just returning the television set to the store. I feel harrased and embaressed, judging by all the compalint on Hello Peter I am not the only one. Should have checked before I purchased the television.
