Vegetables gone off and no stock

I was shopping at PnP Waterfall, like I always do, I am tired of them not having stock of items as well as there vegetable section not taken care of, I wanted to buy a apples until I picked up an apple and it was completely rotten. Its time you stock up on stock - great example is Aromat orginal. There have been numerous occasions that I have picked up a bag of tomatoes and they are off. Not acceptable.
