On the 18th of July 2013 I posted a report on HelloPeter for Edgars regional manager in the wester cape to contact me. I phoned their customer service line 9 times from 18 July 2013 until today... STILL nobody has gotten back to me... and all this for my account!!!
PLEASE can anyone of the public maybe comment on to where I can get hold of the CEO. MD or Opperations Director of the EDCON group? do I contact the consumer board and file a formal complaint with them??? do I contact "die burger" and write a story on this?
Cause this is the measures I am willing to take...
