Today I went to the Mr Price Home in the Loch Logan waterfront in Bloemfontein. On their website it stated that they had certain items it stock, which it turned out they didn't. After searching for my items, I went to the check out. It was half past 12 in the afternoon (lunchtime) and of course only 1 cashier was working. The manager then came to the tills and started calling other employees for assistance, this would have been fine if she didn't have to call so loud in order for them to hear her while they were in the storeroom. After the employees finally showed up, there was a frantic search for the safe keys. The owner was looking for them, to with draw cash from the tills (which seems unprofessional as well). After the search was over, the card machine stopped working. Not the employee nor the manager could fix it. They then bought forward a back up card machine that was also not working. This all played of over the extend of a half an hour, and all wanted to do was pay for my 3 items.
I am weary to visit this shop again, and will rather support another business with quicker and more profesional service.
