Hair in Soup

I went to PnP Camps Bay to buy soup, and found a long strand of HAIR in it. This is unacceptable. I have alerted the store manager on numerous occasions about this hygiene and terrible service that they give. It's a issue to shop at that branch, you can never find what you looking for, unfortunately its the only PnP in the area.
Please revert feedback ASAP!
