I purchased a laptop from Hi-Fi Corporation in August 2012 making use of their in-store credit desk to finance the purchase. I bought the laptop on credit in order to get a credit rating going. 12 months later and I have never received a bill, the transaction is also not listed at ITC. What's more is that I have been contacting them regularly for more then 5 months in order to rectify the problem. The Call Center is a complete waste of time, I am bounced from department to department (when my calls actually go through) and nobody has been able to resolve it.
I know that Hi Finance is not Hi-Fi Corporation, but their ineptitude reflect badly on your company and I will never shop at Hi-Fi Corporation again.
