Poor quality and service

Ive been buying Kathy bags for resale from fashion brands directly twice now I received short deliveries of which I was promised it's going to be sorted and sent it's been 3 months I still haven't received nothing now I don't get any replies from all emails Im sending this company has but cost me a fortune in losses n I too have brand new bags still with tags that are bubbling peeling n literally falling apart of which they don't want to sort out this are unused bags
