Not being able to remove profile

I am trying to remove my profile from the Zando shopping site, and was told that this is not possible. I also DID NOT subscribe to any emailers or newsletters so they are sending me marketing material without my concent.
I want my profile removed either by an IT consultant or technician. I've worked in IT before, this is not impossible to do. remove me or i will take it futher.

The Protection of personal information bill, Chapter 3 states:
(4) A responsible party must destroy or delete a record of personal information or
de-identify it as soon as reasonably practicable after the responsible party is no longer
authorised to retain the record in terms of subsection (1) or (2).
(5) The destruction or deletion of a record of personal information in terms of
subsection (4) must be done in a manner that prevents its reconstruction in an intelligible
form.
