I'm really disappointed in edcon and the way I was handled. I had returned shoes to jet for a quality issue and they refused to return one of the pairs as they said it is over thirty days and they cant return it. I don't understand as a customer returning shoes based on a quality issue and after showing the admin manager the one my wife used only for less than a month. I really I'm upset and if nothing gets done I will take this to the papers as per CPA I can return a quality or defective product. please note the manager got know sense of customer service. I'm very unhappy and will not shop in jet ever again and even after calling customer service they said they cant help me.
