On Friday 01.08.13 I came to pay my edgars accounts and put a few things on set aside as I needed my husband to sign for them on his account, an hour later I returned to the store to collect my set aside only to find that some one had lost it. I spend almost an hour then my set aside suddenly appeared, that was fine because the manager who assisted me was very helpful. I then went to the cashier who's name is SIBO, she was really arrogant and constantly back chating me and my husband, then to top it all off she wanted to serve a customer who was standing in the line behind us and mt items were already on the counter to be cashed up and still wanting to argue with me that the other customer was 1st I mean REALLY??? then why was she in the line behind us??? this really me off. I have no Idea what kind of training this cashier has but she does not know the meaning of good customer service. This was really unacceptable as I love this store and im constantly shopping there and to have had an experiance like this was absolutly shocking.
