I would like to alert people of the horrendous service of Luminance online, I had purchased a pair of expensive guiseppe zanotti sandals, i later wanted to wear them and realised that the stitches were out. So the next day I spoke to the store manager, Angela Gradidge, who asked that i come to the store and drop them off, of which I did. it has been 3 weeks without any contact from the store regarding, my shoes as they said they were unable to get me a new pair but had repair the ones i had bought. I would believe if you spend thousands of rands at a Luxury Goods Store that the service would be much more better. South African consumers should be aware of this store. They not only supplied me with defective goods but also terrible service.
