I bought a frying pan set for a xmas gift and discoverred it was damaged. I took it back to the store and they did not have any sets in stock. They orderred a set from another branch and did a cash sale refund on the card I made the purchase with.( I did not ask for a refund - just wanted a new set of pans) This was done on the 29/12/2012. Up and till today the refund is not showing on my account and somebody is still waiting for a xmas gift. The response I got after visiting them again and nearly phoning them everyday is that they are waiting on a reply from their head office/call centre and that they will get back to me. And... I am still waiting
