I bought silicon for my hair on Sat the 20th because I was going to the salon, I only realised when the hairstylist tried to use it that it was broken, he accompanied me back to clicks for a complaint . on arriving there the manager on duty did not even apologise for the fact that I was inconvenienced, he just took it went to the shelve to look for another one and came back to tell us us that unfortunately it was the last one for that brand, the one that was available was seven rand more than what I had originally paid. I asked him for compensation for my time wasted because of their incompetent, but I was told that there is no way they can give me discount I mean REALLY! they crying for seven rand and nobody cares about my time, instead they started blaming the customers for putting the broken things back on the shelve, they insisted that it is definitely not their staff. WHAT HAPPENED TO PEOPLE TAKING RESPONSIBILITY AND OWNERSHIP FOR THEIR ACTIONS rather than pushing the blame to the very same customer that helps sustain the business?
