Good Day,
I have contacted Consumer Services to complain about Nido 1 ; the product was colllected way after the agreed day and to date I have not received any feedback as to what could have caused the product to "go off" like or that or any compensation for that matter!
Add to that trying to reach the Consumer Services is like finding a needle in a haystack!
I am really not impressed with the service I have received!!!
I hope I do not need to escalate this to the media and so forth...
