I ordered a pressure cooker in the month of May before mothers day. The item was delivered but it was broken. I immediately took it back the next day and they gave me the required paperwork. After a month the item was still on my account and it was never credited. I phoned thousands of bladdy times and everytime someone assured me that it will be sorted! Everytime someone calls me telling me about new products. I don't want ANYTHING ELSE, I NEED SOMEONE TO HELP ME! I then spoke to someone a month back assuring that they will credit my account and send me a proper working (not broken pressure cooker) Still I have not recieved any feedback or my delivery!! Its flipping frustrating and the people I speak to is useless, why they work there, I have no idea as no one can help me or get back to me, all they do is promise but don't keep up to their promises. A colleague of mine uses Homechoice and all her orders were delivered on time and has not had a problem since putting her complaints on Hello Peter! I will keep on complaining till it gets sorted as I see Homechoice off plenty of people looking at all this complaints on here. PATHETIC SERVICE EVER.Will never recomend to anybody!
