On the 20/07/2013, I went to clearwater mall with kids, while shopping I went to a nearby vendor place to buy some earings, it did not even take me 5 minutes to finish, I called the kids we went to pay for my parking then straight to the car, now before I started driving i checked for my phones disturbing enough i could not find my phones, both Blackberry (8520) and Samsung (S4), It clicked' that i probably left them in the vendors table, however to my disappointment I was told this events always happen people get searched and loose their belongs around that area, so obviosly since clearwater is a reputable mall I went to ask for security to check the cameras on that particular, again to my disappointment i was told that the security system needs upgrading and that it will not be possible to view that area, How on earth do you give a client that sort of feedback, My phones are lost not on the street but inside that mall so whoever is responsible must make sure this comes to an end and that the security view that area and my phone are either returned or replaced., feedback will be appreciated.
