I have been a loyal customer of yours for years now, I love the clothes that you offer and the style reflects the person that i am, it caters to my needs exactly. I buy atleast 3 or 4 items a months from your stores every month end. But lately i must say i have really been disapointed by the quality of your Redbat jeans, in the past 2 months i have purchased two skinnies, and for both both purchases the front bottom popped on first wear. I really didnt mind that but when i washed on of the skinnies which 1 was a bottle green colour, they faded in colour after follow carefully the wash instructions.
