I have emailed the OK customer careline querying my account (4457/021804/02) on the 08/07/2013 till today 22/08/2013 I still haven't received any kind of feedback from them. I find this to be arrogant and disrespectful from OK as I am their loyal client and I pay my account on time each month for them not respond to my query it seem's I'm not valued as their client. The Ok slogan reads " OK furnitures no problems" but I think it is the other way round "OK furnitures more problems" I'm extremely disapointed
