Disgusted Service Recieved- Highly Dissappointed

On the 22/07/2013 just after 08h05 am I called the following number 0860 112 188 with regards to a query on Pampers nappies. My daughter is now 3 & has been using pampers nappies from the time she was born. She now goes to the toilet, but only at night when she is asleep she wears pampers nappies. She is using a size 6 in Active Baby. I called them telling them that the pee is leaking right through her clothes yet I only put a nappie when she falls asleep as before that she first uses the toilet. I spoke to PHILILE MTHAMBU who had asked me my daughters age & weight which is 3 years, when I mentioned her weight which Is 11kg as my daughter is very tiny she tells me that is impossible, I mean I am the child's mum, I know her weight, she also says oh when last did I weigh her? Who does she think she is telling me that's impossible? What kind of a customer service agent is that? She supposed to be helping, But she ends up thinking she is the child's mum Telling me what she thinks. I am highly disappointed with her comments. She will make pampers loose money & Customers. She changes her Accent as well which is so fake.. Please do something about the service that the agents give.
