My purse was out of my bag on the 26th May, I called everyone to close/block my cards. Clicks financial (FNB) decided to only block my card on the 27th May and on top of all of this the started cleaning my account out!!! I have been pushed from pillar to post spoken to numerous staff and was really shocked at the service i received... Needless to say i was told that they blocked my card but never bothered to put it on the hot list to stop the from using MY MONEY... dont worry about the countless hours i have spent on my cellphone phoninig these people..
