I was dissatisfied with a product I purchased at my local grocer and contacted the customer care of I&J with my concern. The initial reply was almost immediate and Olivia contacted me with such a pleasant manner about her. She investigated the matter and was in constant contact with me about the matter. Not long after I reported the dissatisfactory product, I was posted an official report of my concern as well as coupons to purchase other products in the I&J range. Overall I found this a beneficial exercise for both parties and am extremely grateful for the time that the company put into easing my concern. What a great brand!
