I purchase a pants in Feb and return on the 28th of Feb due to a problem that arise after i rinse this in sta soft to check if the color runs, I was told by Violet from the Eastgate branch that they will contact me on the 6th March 2013, which she or her team never did- on the 8th March i went to Eastgate to find out the outcome only to find out that they have sent the pants to Cpt for QC, and they will contact me and as usual never did, i then stop paying my acc and knew this will get them to contact me and was i right, yes but no one ever took me serious to date, people that i dealt with, Claude Maistry (CSD MNG), Trish Moodley (Sup), prior to that various agents during june/July Fatima (i think she said Blake Att), told me that Andre from cpt will call, what a waste of my time, i complain on Truworths Web, the Dumansi call and listen to my story agian and send a email to advise that Francis was going to call, she call, and what a waste- she was getting the Regional manager to sort my problem, to date i have not hear from Truworth- i will not pay them the o/s money for the pants because i have not worn and have this item- since feb- THE STAFF/MANAGERS ARE A WASTE OF TIME
