Use of ID Book

My Husband lost an Id book and was aerted that someone has been opening acounts with it, Ackermans ws one of the stores amongst others and we went to the secunda btranch to report and they indicated that he must supply them with the affiodavit, 3 signatures, copy i=of id book and he did and no one came back to indicate that there were other oustanding documents,
Now we were applying for as home loan then it was noted that he is been isted and one of teh shops is ackermans on the list and he called the head office for an acknowledgement letter from them now everytime he calls there is a new person handling the matter, I called also last week friday i was told of new person handling the issue, I even send them a sample of what rcs wrote in the letter and they promised to send t on friday today aroubnd 11H00 I called i've been refered to onother person
CAN THI NMATTER BE ADDRESSED URGENTLY as tenacity is the only shop holding our application back
ACCORDING TO MY CALLS IS A MATTER OF BEIBNG BLACK IF I WAS A WHITE MAN THIS SHOULDN"T BEING AN ISSUE, causenow is like i cannot even write an e-mail address and they promise to call back im still waiting for their call this cannot be in SA
