I called at Ackermans Menlyn today (13/05/2013) and was so disappointed by the way the treat ed me, the lady who tried to help me when to the office to get a phone so that she could help me find the item I was looking for at other stores. First she asked I think that lady was the supervisor and I saw her shook her head and because I do not understand the language I just had a feeling she did not want Thozama to call other shops to find the shoe I was looking for. Well after this I was told that there is no phones available, eventually she got a phone than the next story was that someone change the pin, can you believe this. This is the first retailer that I know of that have to call to find out if there is stock at the other shops, all other retailers can view this on line, that is why we call it technology, or doe Ackermans Menlyn not understand this. I need my reply via this site no one is going to make promises and nothing ever happens. This was not the first time I had bad service with Ackermans, their staff are to laid back and can have a conversation with one another while the client is waiting for them to be servided.
