I have still not been refunded.

Emails sent to [Email Removed] completely ignored. I actually have never received anything other than an automated response from service@zando since becoming a customer of theirs (this is the fourth order I have placed with the company)

Customer service agents at the call center make empty promises to "GET BACK TO YOU" whether it is an empty promise of calling you back or emailing you. It's like each conversation with them never happened.

You call back and they know nothing about your first two phone calls to the call center.

Maybe they should record each call on call logging software and give the customer a reference number so that when they don't get back to you after weeks you can prove that you called in 10 times and not look like an who is complaining that they never call back.

If Roxanne cannot afford to run a proper call centre with call logging database software, maybe she could buy them notepads and pens to write down when a customer calls and make a little note that you should actually get back to them as they called in the first place for a reason.
