After being sent back and forth trying to get the Telefunken TV special, I resorted to leaving a complaint on their website. This duly got a response, maybe because I spend over R20000-00 pa on my own there besides my family spend. However on going to fetch the TV I saw that you could open an ac with some great benefit. Considering I was about to spend R10000-00 with them. Needless to say before even getting to speak to a consultant I was declined. I phoned their call centre and the lady rudely tells me that this decision will not be changed regardless of excuse for 6 months!!! The great people of GAME forgot to apply their minds as I have now gone and obtained my credit report and they would surely see that I have a great credit history, my salary is way above their qualifying criteria and I recently bought a car through WESBANK so what was so special about Game that my custom is not needed or wanted? Worse yet their call centre staff should learn to be less condesending and patronising and more customer orientated. The irony is I ended up having to pay cash for a 46"LCD...
