I wrote a report about a jet account that kept appearing on my credit record. A lady from their customer service centre called me and assured me that I didn't have an outstanding account with them. I asked her to please send me a letter confirming that and she said she would. I'm yet to receive that letter and this account is causing havoc in my life. Can someone please do their jobs for a change?
