My mother bought a tv and a few items at game in mafikeng mall on Friday and she was told that they haven't received the payment. She went to the bank to bring a statement which proved that the transaction did go through. She then purchased other items and the transaction went through and she received the items! 48 hours later no one from the store has called to say anything to her and she still doesn't have her items! The manager on duty was very arrogant and she got no help from him! Is this how they treat their clients? Why don't they give her the money to go buy somewhere else? I've tweeted them and the head office is not helping, I'm trying to call the mafikeng branch and the phone rings unanswered.
